By default, TOSSIM only supports simulation for the CC1000 radio. Most new WSN devices like the MicaZ and TelosB use the CC2420 IEEE 802.15.4-compliant radio. To enable simulation support for this radio, follow the instruction in the following directory: 

$TOSROOT/beta/TOSSIM-CC2420/README.txt
